In this workshop, I will show you how time is not your enemy or something to fight against. You’re not running out of time or crunched for time. Many leaders say there isn’t enough time in the day to accomplish all the things in business and personal life, but that doesn’t have to be your reality.

You already know all the tools and hacks. This workshop isn’t that.

We will identify how to work with time instead of “finding it”. Right now you’re probably trying to manage or catch up with your calendar. What if you could create flow and ease in your calendar?

You’ll be able to ask your questions and strategize live in the session.

Afterward, you will

  • understand why you feel overwhelmed

  • stop filling your calendar months in advance

  • approach time and calendar with ease

Free replay to paid subscribers.

As Farrah Storr, Substack’s Head of Writer Relations UK, says, we present these workshops in good faith that you won’t pay for a month and then unsubscribe.

If you prefer to purchase the workshop separately for $25, please send via Paypal.

Why am I qualified to teach this workshop?

My mission is to help high-achievers like myself find more sustainable, integrated practices and face the fear, vulnerability, and uncertainty of their work setting so they don’t have to leave.

Through my experiences as

  • a master life coach instructor who has helped thousands of clients

  • a motivational speaker

  • the author of Unstuck: Three-step system workbook to help high achievers move from stress to flow

  • a former tenured Developmental Psychology Professor and Department Chair Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Sciences

My expertise in developmental psychology combined with instinctive meditation integrates the whole person. I have a matter-of-fact practicality and simple explanations of complex topics.
