How do you know which part of you is making your calendar decisions

When I’m helping leaders reclaim their time,

one of the things we bump into is who is making the decisions on my calendar

INTERNALLY.

I don’t mean your admin or team members get to add to your calendar.

I mean inside of you, which parts are adding or subtracting from your calendar?

I have younger parts who love to show up and chime in about my calendar.

Remember being 21 and having the ability to stay up late AND get up early?

I could burn the candle at both ends like no other when I was younger.

Now at 37, I know better. I know how my body will react to that one.

The key is to let my wiser, more mature parts fill my calendar.

I don’t always let “career Caitlin” show up and fill the calendar either.

She’d make no time for fun or play.

So it’s a balance.

But as long as I’m asking myself, “Who’s making this decision?”

I have awareness of what’s happening.

I can shift behavior from there rather than blindly following parts around.

Notice it for yourself today and implement the change.

A quick reminder about the upcoming Workshop 1: One easy shift in how you approach time and your calendar.

Bring all of your time questions there so we can chat live about your issues.
