Yes! The light side is that we become leaders because we are good at certain things. So we just keep doing them, and maybe it feels like that's WHY we were promoted. However, now we don't have the time to do all this stuff. Maybe the key is to start looking for the next person in the org that can also do this thing, but maybe just needs some practice first. This is an opportunity for those persons AND a chance to deligate. But whew, it's hard, mentally, to do this.

Oh, I just meant hard to make that transfer from thinking "I can do this" to "Who else can do this" whe you are in the habit of doing it yourself.
