Reminder for this month’s coaching workshop:
Thursday, February 22 from 10-11 AM ET
Free for paid subscribers! Watch for the Zoom link that morning.

Building on last week's theme about the quiet, I stood on the bridge with the creek flowing beneath me. Getting really quiet and still, I could hear the snow melting and feel the vibration of the bridge.

When I’m with my Saturday morning running group, we often run across bridges and people will comment about how they feel the bridge beneath us. I can’t feel it.

But standing quietly on this bridge, I can feel it.

How often do I not get quiet enough to feel the vibration?

A different example -

My coaching clients will come to me and focus on the story they NEED to tell me.

But I’m paying attention to their body sensations, tension, and what’s arising for them that they may not be aware of themselves.

And I help them tune into that.

I’m essentially asking them, “What if we paid attention to that vibration in your body instead of entertaining the mind with its thoughts?”

On the bridge, I could focus on the cars and the highway and describe it all to you.

Or I can pay attention to the quiet and the vibration.

What’s drawing your attention right now and why?

Curious to hear!
